Our steam table pans, insets, and bain maries do it all. Use them for storage or serving line service and save labor by keeping in the same container for each step. In addition to our classic, non-stacking style, we also offer pans crafted with the full perimeter anti-jam ridge to help prevent them from jamming together during shipment or storage. They feature reinforced corners for superior shape retention and come in 22 and 24 standard gauge as well as new 23 and 25 economy gauge 18/8 stainless steel. All steam table pans are NSF listed.
