Preparation instruction: Open and empty entire contents of can(s) into medium size mixing bowl. Add desired level of a purer food enhancer (4 Tbsp per can recommended). Mix thoroughly. Spray mold cavities with pan release, then fill. Heat as desired (steamer recommended) or freeze individual portions for future use. Plate portion and serve.
