The Grecian Delight Pre-cooked Chicken Gyro is ready to heat and serve. It is a combination of fully cooked chicken breast and thigh meat with tangy paprika and Mediterranean spices. This gyro is a good source of protein and free from trans fat. The bulk pack is good for restaurants, bistros, and cafeterias.

COOKED CHICKEN GYROS SLICES

Gyro slices pre-cooked, 1 ounce per slice. Packed in 10 lb. box. Just reheat gyro slices on flat top grill, microwave or convection oven. Chicken Gyro slices contain a special blend of fully cooked chicken breast and thigh meat with tangy paprika and distinct Mediterranean spices.

Preparation type: GRILL

Preparation instructions: Flat-Top Grill- Preheat flat-top grill 375F- Place slices on grill- Cook slices on both sides for approximately 20 seconds per side. - Serve immediatelyConventional Oven- Preheat oven 350-375F- Place slices in a steamtable pan- Fill pan ÀšÃ‚¼" with hot beef broth- Cover and place in oven for 15 minutes- Store in steamtable (above 140?F) for serviceMicrowave- Arrange slices on microwave-safe plate- Cook for 30 seconds- Serve immediately
