The Amoy Shrimp Potsticker is a delicious appetizer packed with authentic oriental flavors. These bite sized, pastry-wrapped dumplings are the ideal addition to any Asian-themed menu. Made with a host of gourmet ingredients, the shrimp potsticker is a quick and delicious way to win over customers. Served either deep-fried or steamed, these potstickers are complete crowd pleasers. The bulk pack containing 120 Amoy shrimp potstickers is ideal for serving in buffets, parties, and dinners.
Appearance is crescent shape. It is fully cooked round dough skin wrapped with various large pieces of vegetables and seasoned with spices and filling. The skin totally wraps around the filling with folds on top, it is closely sealed and the seal area is tight and evenly distributed. Cabbage is in 12 mm diced, other vegetables are 6 mm diced.
Preparation instruction: Preparation Notes Heating times may vary due to equipment. Heat from frozen. Deep Fryer Instructions Heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Deep fry frozen Potsticker for 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain and serve. Stovetop Skillet Instructions Pan Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet, fry frozen Potsticker on one side at low heat until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water, bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until water is evaporated. Serve. Steam + Pan Fry: Steam Potsticker for 8 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet, fry steamed Potsticker on one side at medium heat until golden brown (around 3 minutes). Serve.
