Preparation instruction: BOIL: In pouch for 12 minutes. COMBITHERM/STEAMER: In pouch for 30 minutes. MICROWAVE: Vent pouch and microwave for 10-12 minutes. THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place pouches in cold water for 10 minutes.
