3/8 Concertina cut made with the finest Yukon Select potatoes.
Preparation instruction: Deep Fry @ 345-350 Degrees F for 2 3/4 - 3 minutes. Deep fry from frozen state, Fill basket 1/2 full Conventional Oven @ 400 Degrees F for 20 - 24 minutes. Arrange product in single layer. Convection Oven @ 400 degrees F for 9 - 12 minutes. Arrange product in single layer.
