Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: REMOVE THE PRODUCT FROM THE PACKAGING AND COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F. OVEN AND GRILL TEMPERATURES VARY, PLEASE ADJUST COOKING TIMES ACCORDINGLY. PREHEAT OVEN OR GRILL ; FROM THAWED, ALLOW 10 MINUTES OF COOKING TIME PER INCH OF THICKNESS AT 350°F ; FROM FROZEN, ALLOW 20 MINUTES OF COOKING TIME PER INCH OF THICKNESS AT 350°F ; COOKING TIP: THE FISH SHOULD BE OPAQUE, MOIST AND FLAKE EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK.
