The Perfect Puree Cherry Puree has a sour and intense cherry flavor. This puree is sweetened with a hint of sugar and can be used in pastries, ice cream, sorbet, mocktails and even savory sauces. The bulk case is ideal for supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, dessert shops and ice cream parlors.

Preparation instruction: Thaw and store product below 40F. Stir before use. Each jar attaches to a standard bar pour spout.
