Made with a blend of sorghum, amaranth and teff, the Smart Flour Foods Ancient Grains Pizza Crust is traditional and healthy. It just needs to be topped with vegetables and sauce and can be cooked in a variety of ovens. This Smart Flour pizza crust saves prep time as it is par baked and ready to go into the oven. It comes in a bulk pack of 12 pizza crusts.
Gluten-free pizza crust made with ancient grains. The crust is free of gluten/wheat, casein/dairy, egg, soy and rice. It's made with the ancient grains, sorghum, amaranth and teff. The crust is par-baked and frozen.
Preparation instruction: Allow crust to defrost to room temperature, approximately 8-10 minutes. Add desired toppings.
