IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) or Pre-cooked - fast cook timePreparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, add 1 ½ tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 3-5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain well and serve.
