CP-101/2 - This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense from an 11 quart (10.4 L) vegetable inset. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. When you place your order, be sure to request a colored knob engraved with your contents for a clean presentation. A black knob is standard. Vegetable inset shown is sold separately.
