The Rich Products Corporation Large Kaiser Roll Dough is ready to proof and bake, saving time and effort. It is great for preparing sandwiches and serving as accompaniment to meals. The bulk case with 120 Rich Large Kaiser Rolls is ideal for restaurants, diners, and cafes.
A large round roll with a crisp crust used for making sandwiches or served as a breakfast roll. Signature star-shaped ridges stamped into the top of the roll approx. 4.25in x 2.4in. Proof-and-bake format.
Preparation instruction: 1. PLACE DESIRED NUMBER OF ROLLS ON A LINED SHEET PAN. COVER AND DEFROST OVERNIGHT IN THE RETARDER. 2. DIP IN WATER, THEN PAN 3 X 5. GIVE 20 - 30 MINUTES FLOOR TIME. 3. PROOF UNTIL 2 1/2 TIMES ORIGINAL SIZE. SPRAY WITH WATER BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN. 4. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN (BRUSH WITH WATER IF DESIRED). OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 375 F - 400 F (190 C - 205 C) CONVECTION: 350 F (175 C)
