This pre-portioned roll dough can be easily baked in a convection oven until golden brown for a quick snack. The Rich's bulk frozen roll dough pack is ideal for concession stands, convenience stores, and gourmet restaurants.

PROOF & BAKE SOUTHERN HOMESTYLE ROLL DOUGH
Enriched soft sweet dinner roll purposefully made into a slightly irregular shape to give homemade appearance. Proof-and-bake format.

Preparation instruction: 1. KEEP PRODUCT FROZEN AT 0 F OR BELOW UNTIL READY TO USE. 2. REMOVE CASE FROM FREEZER AND PAN DOUGH PIECES 5 X 5 ON A PARCHMENT LINED HALF SHEET PAN. SPRAY THE SIDES OF THE PAN WITH PAN RELEASE TO PREVENTROLLS FROM STICKING. 3. COVER THE ENTIRE PAN WITH PLASTIC TO PREVENT ROLLS FROM DRYING OUT. 4. PLACE IN A RETARDER AND ALLOW DOUGH TO THAW OVERNIGHT. 5. REMOVE THE PRODUCT FROM THE RETARDER, AND ALLOW IT TO WARM TO ROOM TEMPERATURE (15-20 MINUTES). 6. PLACE IN A PROOFER (95 F, 85% HUMIDITY) UNTIL ROLLS HAVE DOUBLED IN SIZE AND ARE TOUCHING EACH OTHER. 7. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 325 F CONVECTION OVEN FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 8. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND COOL.
