The Redhook ESB Ale Batter Tail Off Round Shrimp has a rich taste with a copper color. This shrimp can be served with mashed potatoes, Blue cheese, and herbs. The bulk pack of Redhook Round Shrimp is ideal for seafood restaurants and food trucks.
31-35 Ct, Round Tail-Off Redhook Ale Shrimp
Made from natural tender shrimp and coated with Redhook ESB beer batter. Can be either baked or fried. Specially designed coating absorbs less oil for a clean, firm and crispy bite.
Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for about 21/2 minutes.
TO BAKE: Place frozen shrimp on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F and bake for about 14 minutes. For best results, flip halfway through baking.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
