This grilled patty eliminates the hassle of scratch preparations. The Cuisine Innovations bulk frozen patty is ideal for concession stands, food trucks, and convenience stores.

A 3.75oz patty made with an array of vegetables that include green peas, corn, carrots and green beans. Moist and flavorful, they contain no cholesterol, preservatives, and are trans fat free.
 
Preparation instruction: May be prepared from a frozen or defrosted state. To thaw in microwave, place tray in oven on DEFROST setting for 2-3 minutes, turning once. Deep Fry: Heal oil to 350F. Deep fry griller for 6 minutes. To insure proper heating and limit burning allow grillers to thaw for 15 minutes. Conventional: Preheat to 450F. Place frozen grillers on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-19 minutes. For extra crispiness use a grate or turn grillers half way through cooking time. Convection: Preheat to 425F. Place frozen grillers on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
