The Rana Potato Gnocchi makes a great appetizer, side, or main dish. It can be cooked in a skillet for a crispy exterior and a soft center or be boiled for a softer bite. Available in a bulk case of 5 packs, the Rana Potato Gnocchi is ideal for cafes, diners, and food trucks.
Potato Gnocchi can be boiled for a traditional, softer bite or in a skillet for a crispy texture on the outside, with a soft, tender center.
Preparation instruction: Heat 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. Cook refrigerated Gnocchi until it floats, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain.
