The PubHouse Battered Rockfish will make a delicious addition to meal menus. This hand-cut, natural fillet comes dipped in a beer batter for a crunchy texture. The PubHouse battered rockfish can be deep-fried or baked and served with wraps, chips, or tacos. The bulk case of 10 pounds will be ideal for cafes, bistros, and diners.

Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: HEAT OIL TO 350°F. ADD FROZEN PRODUCT, SHAKING BASKET OCCASIONALLY TO PREVENT IT FROM ADHERING. FRY FOR APPROXIMATELY 3-1/2 TO 4-1/2 MINUTES OR UNTIL PRODUCT IS GOLDEN BROWN.; CONVECTION OVEN: PREHEAT TO 400°F. PLACE FROZEN PRODUCT ON BAKING SHEET AND COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISP.; CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT TO 425°F. PLACE FROZEN PRODUCT ON BAKING SHEET AND COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 16 TO 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISP. * COOKING TIMES AND TEMPERATURES MAY VARY SUBSTANTIALLY. INTERNAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 145°F. WE STRIVE TO PRODUCE A FULLY €œBONELESS€ PRODUCT. AS WITH ALL FISH, HOWEVER, OCCASIONAL BONES MAY STILL BE PRESENT.
