The Producers Long Grain Brown Rice is made using 100 percent whole grain with just the outer hull removed. This brown rice has a chewy and slightly moist texture with a nutty flavor. The bulk pack of Producers Brown Rice is ideal for restaurants, diners, and other commercial food establishments.

Brown rice is simply kernels of rice which have had only the hulls removed. Cooked brown rice has a slightly chewy texture and a nut-like flavor. The light brown color is caused by the presence of bran layers which are rich in minerals and vitamins, especially the B-complex group.
