The Phillips Fried Dim Sum Assortment have crispy wanton wrappers filled with traditional Asian ingredients like ginger and sesame. This case contains three varieties of dim sums - shrimp spring rolls, shrimp wontons and shrimp money bags. These handmade dim sums can be fried from frozen by placing in pre-heated fryer for about 3 -5 minutes. The bulk case is ideal for grocery stores and supermarkets.
Fried Dim Sum Assortment - Crisp wonton wrappers filled with succulent shrimp and traditional Asian ingredients such as ginger and sesame. Three varieties per case: Shrimp Spring Rolls, Shrimp Wontons and Shrimp Money Bags.
Preparation instruction: Deep fry from a frozen state at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes to reach internal product temperature of 165 degrees F.
