The Nestle Stouffers Beef Base is made with high-quality roasted beef. It makes a good base for soups, stews, gravies, and more. The bulk case with 4 packs of Nestle Stouffers Beef Base is ideal for restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
Stouffer's Beef Base (No Added MSG) 4 x 5 pounds
High quality meat and stock is the first ingredient. Freshly roasted beef with vegetable overtones is the predominant flavor. A blend of high quality ingredients are added to enrich the flavor of meat.
Preparation instruction: To enhance scratch stocks, add Base to reach desired flavor level. To make an instant flavorful stock/broth, add Base to water and stir: 3/4 tsp + 1 cup water or 1 Tbsp base + 1 qt water or 1 lb base + 5 gallons water or 5 lb base (container) + 25 gallons water.
