Mrs. Weiss Kluski Egg Noodles

The Mrs. Weiss Kluski Egg Noodles is a classic ingredient commonly used in chicken soup or paired with broth-based and pasta sauces. These noodles are free of preservatives or MSG, and is easy to make. The bulk pack of Mrs. Weiss Kluski Egg Noodles is ideal for restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores.
Preparation instruction: "ENTIRE PACKAGE
Entire package (8 oz.) yeilds about 4 cups cooked or 4 servings.
1. Heat 3 quarts of water and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil.
2. Gradually stir in noodles; return to boiling.
Boil, uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, DO NOT OVERCOOK.
4. Drain well. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, if desired.
HALF PACKAGE
Half package (4 oz.) yields about 2 cups cooked or 2 servings. for 4 oz. of noodles, use 2 quarts water and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cook according to directions above. Toss with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, if desired."
