The Mrs. Weiss’ Kluski Egg Noodles are ready-to-cook and have great flavor and texture. The egg noodles are perfect for weeknight dinners or special recipes. The bulk pack of Mrs. Weiss’ Kluski Egg Noodles is perfect for convenience stores and food trucks.
Preparation instruction: "ENTIRE PACKAGE
Entire package (8 oz.) yeilds about 4 cups cooked or 4 servings.
1. Heat 3 quarts of water and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil.
2. Gradually stir in noodles; return to boiling.
Boil, uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, DO NOT OVERCOOK.
4. Drain well. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, if desired.
HALF PACKAGE
Half package (4 oz.) yields about 2 cups cooked or 2 servings. for 4 oz. of noodles, use 2 quarts water and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cook according to directions above. Toss with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, if desired."
