Tempura Shrimp

The King and Prince Mrs. Fridays Tempura Battered Shrimps make for delicious entrees and appetizers. These shrimps are individually stretched and dipped in an authentic Japanese tempura batter for a crispy texture and delicious taste. These King and Prince Mrs. Fridays shrimps taste best when served with tartar sauce or a choice of dips. The bulk case will be an ideal buy for cafes, pubs, and bistros.

MRSF TEMPURA BAT SHRIMP, LARGE, 16/20, 4/2#

Preparation instruction: Cook From Frozen Do Not Overcook Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place frozen shrimp, evenly, spaced on a non-stick shallow baking sheet and bake on the middle oven rack for approximately 12 to 14 minutes until lightly golden and crispy. In Deep Fryer: Pre-heat oil to 350ºF. Submerge frozen shrimp directly in hot oil. Deep fry for 2½ to 3 minutes. Always allow oil to reheat to desired temperature before cooking more shrimp. Remove from oil, drain on absorbent paper towel, allow to stand 2 to 3 minutes prior to serving, and enjoy. Note: Oil temperatures may drop as shrimp are added - longer frying time may be needed to achieve desired results.
