Preparation instruction: Add 1 lb. Tempura mix (3 cups) to 2 1/4 cups cool water in a bowl. Blend with a wire whip until smooth and free of lumps. Pre-dust food with dry Tempura mix and shake off excess. Dip pre-dusted food into prepared batter and drain 2-5 seconds. Place battered food directly into hot oil and fry until done. Fry time will vary depending on type and size of food fried.
