The Miss Sally's Stuffed Crab is a ready-to-cook delicacy. It has a stuffing of the finest quality blue crab meat along with vegetables and spices. The stuffed crab can be baked or fried. The bulk pack of Miss Sally's Stuffed Crab is ideal for fine dining and seafood restaurants.
Stuffed Crab 3 oz
Preparation instruction: Frying: Let thaw, then deep fry 5 minutes at 350ºF. Oven: From frozen state, bake in preheated conventional oven at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes; or for 20-25 minutes at 350ºF in convection oven. Brush with butter or margarine before baking. Cooking times will vary due to differences in equipment, these are guidelines only.
