Minor's Beef Base No Added MSG is a seasoned paste concentrate made from freshly roasted cuts of beef with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Delivers the savory flavor of freshly roasted beef. Instantly create a fully seasoned stock or broth for soups, sauces and gravies. Add home-style flavor by rubbing on roasts, steaks or chops. Mix into ground beef to add intensity. Ready-to-eat. No added msg other than that which naturally occurs in the hydrolyzed proteins and autolyzed yeast extracts.

To enhance scratch stocks, add base to reach desired flavor level. To make an instant fully seasoned stock/broth, add base to water and stir. 3/4 tsp base + 1 cup water. 1 tbsp base + 1 quart water. 1 lb base ( 1 container) + 5 gallons water.
