Pre-prepared for convenience, the marinated quail is individually quick frozen to lock in freshness and flavor. Grill - These birds can be grilled, fried, or baked. To fry, bread/batter from thawed and cook in 350 degree oil for 4-5 minutes, or until meat floats and batter is golden brown. To grill cook on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional.
