Oven-roasted tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and cumin combined with flame-roasted peppers for a bold & smoky charred flavor. Finished with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar & blend to a balanced, flavorful salsa. We aim for flavor over heat & the Brooklyn is our best selling blend - perfectly medium - enough to feel a kick but not to overwhelm your meal. Not runny like hot sauce, not chunky like some other salsas, but instead perfectly minced for dipping or dressing on other dishes.
