With more potato solids and lower moisture mean the ultimate baked or quick-fry French fry. Ideal for school, quick-turn and high-volume operations.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Fry for 2½ - 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 11 - 16 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Set Fan to 75% and Steam to 25%. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 12 minutes.
