Idahoan Buttery Gold Seclects Mashed Potatoes are made from a blend of russet & golden potatoes with beel, butter and seasoning.
Preparation instruction: Measure into a 4" x 1/2 size steam table pan, add 1/2 gallon of boiling water. Add one pouch of seasoned potatoes all at once, using a spoon or wire whip distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Place on steam tabel at 170*F and let stand 5-10min. Until lumps are soft and tender
