The High Liner Foods Guinness Battered Cod Tenders are ideal for serving quick meals. These cod tenders come pre-battered for a crispy texture and deliver consistent flavor upon preparation. Serve these High Liner cod tenders with creamy tartar dips or a choice of sauces. The bulk case will be an ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and diners.
1-2 oz Guinness Battered Cod Tenders
Preparation instruction: Cook from frozen.
DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F. Fry for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes.
BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 10-12 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake for 14-16 minutes. For best results, flip halfway through baking.
