This ready-to-cook surfburger patty makes a delicious addition to appetizer menus when fried or baked. Ideal for serving in burgers and sandwiches, these patties will be great for bistros and fast food chains. The bulk pack contains 10 pounds of High Liner Foods fish patty.
3 oz Surfburger Patties
Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
DEEP FRY: Deep fry at 350°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place frozen in preheated 425°F oven and bake
for 25 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN: Bake from frozen at 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
