Preparation instruction: Cook from frozen.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove chicken from the bag.  Place on a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan.  Heat for 10- 12minutes or until internal product temperature reaches 140 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer.  Product is Gluten Free, please keep separated from other items containing gluten to preven cross-contamination.HVL FC GF NAE CKN TENDER
