The General Mills Pillsbury Banana Nut Muffin Batter can be baked to prepare tender and moist muffins. It is made with enriched bleached flour, bananas, and walnuts. Available in an 18-pound pail, the General Mills muffin batter bulk case is a great buy for bakeries, cafes, and cafeterias.
Frozen muffin batter in "thaw, scoop, and bake" format. Traditional banana nut flavor. Formulated to produce tender and moist muffins every time.
Preparation instruction: Standard Prep: Thaw in cooler 24-36 hours. Scoop batter into paper lined or greased muffin pans. Bake time for 4 oz. muffins 26-30 minutes in 325 degrees F convection oven. See package for complete baking instructions.
