Preparation instructions: Use 1/8 teaspoon per serving or 1 teaspoon per batch of 5 dozen cookies or 1-9 inch layer cake. Because of its strength, Durkee Pure Vanilla Extract should be used sparingly. It should be added near the end of the cooking process and after removing foods from heat, as its delicate flavor is lost when heated at high temperatures.
