Preparation instructions: Use in dry form or combined with just enough water to form a paste. One pound of garlic powder has the equivalent flavor of 5 lbs. of raw, finely minced garlic. 3/4 teaspoon Durkee Garlic Powder equals 1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic. 1/4 teaspoon of Durkee Garlic Powder equals 1 whole garlic clove.
