Battered Cod
The Country Fry Battered Cod is ready to fry and serve saving time and effort. A good appetizer, it makes a good addition to a menu. This bulk pack of Country Fry Battered Cod is ideal for restaurants, diners, and hotels.
Coating made of a special blend of flour and seasonings that is reminiscent of homemade traditional southern fried chicken. Light, golden, crispy batter with a made from scratch appearance. Can be baked or deep fried. Ideal for appetizers, entree, baskets and platters.
Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 51/2-6 minutes. TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 9- 11 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 12-14 minutes.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
