Bridgford Pre-Sliced Gourmet Cinnamon Roll Dough is "convenience packed" in layers. Each 2 oz Cinnamon Roll Dough piece is individually quick frozen (IQF), enabling the food service operator to instantly pan the number of Cinnamon Rolls they desire.

Preparation instruction: Place slices on greased pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven (convection) for 10-20 minutes or until a light golden brown and centers of rolls are no longer doughy. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoons milk).
