CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake at 425oF for about 20 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 400oF for about 15 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 oF MINIMUM.
DEEP FRY: Deep fry frozen fish cakes at 350oF for 3 - 5 minutes.
