Instant Potato Granules 50 lb bag
Preparation instruction: 1: Boil 25 gallons water, 4 gallons milk and 2 cups salt (Optional: add butter) 2: Pour: into mixer and slowly add potatoes. 3: Mix: on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl, whip on high until fluffy (5-7 minutes). 4: Serve. [Alternate] Add more boiling water to make potatoes thinner or more potatoes to make thicker. For varying quantities add 1 part potatoes to 2 parts boiling water.
