This frozen bread loaf can be heated in a convection or rack oven at 400 deg.F for 4 to 6 minutes for quick use. The Bakery De France French bread loaf is ideal for restaurants, convenience stores, and food trucks.
Preparation instruction: Thaw products in their original packaging. Bake 4-6 minutes in a preheated convection or rack oven at 400°F, or until desired crust is achieved. If possible, add steam for 10 seconds at the beginning of baking to provide an extra shine.
