Preparation type: BAKE
Preparation instructions: Internal temperature of product should be 165 F. Product may be thawed up to 48 hours under refrigeration prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Dome Lid. Place Product on Tray. Hold in warmer 15-20 minutes before serving for product to set. Convection Oven (300 F Preheated) from frozen: 1 hour 40-45 min. Remove lid during last 5-10 minutes. Thawed: 60-65 minutes. Remove lid during last 5 -10 minutes. Conventional Oven (400 F Preheated) Frozen: 1 hour 45-50 minutes. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes. Thawed: 60-65 minutes. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes.
