The Allen Yellow Buttrcreme Icing is pre-whipped and ready to use, saving time and effort. It is kosher certified, making it suitable for those with special dietary needs. This pack of Allen Yellow Buttrcreme Icing is ideal for bakeries, confectioneries, and cake shops.
Pre-whipped, smooth, yellow ZTF buttercream style icing developed to be firm enough for decorating yet smooth enough for spreading. Packaged in 15-lb pail. Preparation instruction: STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Check icing temperature before using. Use between 68ºF and 80ºF. Store between -10ºF and 80ºF. Do not allow temperature to go above 80ºF. If frozen or refrigerated, temper at room temperature overnight below 80ºF. Do not microwave or place near heat source. Stir icing for smooth, consistent texture. Extended exposure to light may cause fading.
