The Abbotsford Farms Froze N Ready Liquid Egg Whites can be used to make a delicious omelet or roll. Separated and packaged for convenience, these liquid egg whites are obtained from cage-free hens. Pasteurized for enhanced safety, these egg whites will save prep time and effort. Available in a 6-pack bulk case, the Abbotsford Farms liquid egg whites will be suitable for cafes, convenience stores, and retail stores.
Cholesterol Free and Fat Free egg whites already separated and conveniently packaged. This saves timeand labor by avoiding the hassle, mess and waste of separating out egg whites. To ensure safety forcustomers, it is pasteurized while maintaining nutritious quality. Triethyl Citrate (TEC) added as a whipping agent. Guar Gum helps omelets and other applications hold their shape.
