Preparation instruction: ALWAYS FOLLOW cooking INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT USE IN CONVENTIONAL OR TOASTER OVEN. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. For food safety and quality purposes, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AT LEAST 165° F as measured with a food thermometer in several places. Due to variances in microwaves, heating times may vary. 1. Remove from carton; puncture film. 2. Microwave on HIGH as follows: Wattage of Microwave 1100 watts Cook time 4 minutes; remove film and stir. 700 watts 4 minutes and 30 seconds; remove film and stir. * Note: If you don't know the wattage of your microwave start with 1100 watts and add time if needed. 3.
