Preparation instruction: Add your choice of filling to the wrap. Add oil to a non-stick pan, then lay the dumplings on the pan. Pour cold water to about an inch high in the pan. The water should be about half the height of the dumplings. When the water comes to a boil, put the lid on. Maintain a medium heat and let dumplings simmer. Cook until the liquid is almost gone.
