Wing Hing Eggroll Wrap
Our Wing Hing brand wraps are all manufactured using 100% U.S. grown and milled wheat under strict food safety controls in our 3rd party inspected California facilities.
Preparation and Cooking:
Sear - Add your choice of filling to the wrap. Add oil to a non-stick pan, then lay the dumplings on the pan. Pour cold water to about an inch high in the pan. The water should be about half the height of the dumplings. When the water comes to a boil, put the lid on. Maintain a medium heat and let dumplings simmer. Cook until the liquid is almost gone.
Steam - Add your choice of filling to the wrap. Put 3 cups of water into a wok on high heat. Bring to a boil. Brush some cooking oil on the steamer surface to prevent sticking, then add the dumplings to the wok. Put lid on the wok. Keep on high heat and steam for 8 minutes.
