Preparation instruction: POUR3 gallons of water (70-85°F) into a 40 to 80 qt. mixing bowl.ADD25 lbs. of White Wings Corn Tortilla Mix.MIXon low speed for 2 minutes or until dough forms a ball.ADDadditional water if needed to soften dough.SHAPEdough into 1-ounce dough balls.COVERwith a damp towel to prevent drying.PLACEeach dough ball between two sheets of waxed paper.ROLLout or press in a tortilla press to a 5-inch circle. Carefully peel off waxed paper.COOKon a hot ungreased griddle (400°F-425°F) for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side.
