This smaller container offers you versatility when you only need smaller batches or if you need to pre-mix a group of ingredients before adding them to the larger 1.5 gallon container. This container comes prepackaged with the XL blade assembly and locking lid with splash guard. The lid is designed to allow the use of the Vitamix tamper accelerator tool. NSF-certified for food safety.
