This is the super-sized 192 ounce / 1.5 gallon Vita-Mix Eastman Tritan copolyester container for use exclusively with the Vita-Mix XL Blender. This advanced polymer does not contain bisphenol-A (BPA), which enables Vita-Mix to meet growing demand for BPA-free products from its health-conscious customer base. Tritan combines the clarity, toughness, and chemical resistance of traditional copolyesters with higher heat resistance and ease of processing. This unique balance of properties allows the blender containers to better withstand frequent handling and cleanings with considerably reduced risk of crazing, cracking or hazing. This container comes prepackaged with the XL blade assembly and locking lid with splash guard.
